Membership Plan Information
- $35 Sign Up Fee.
- $35 Every Six Months To Keep Membership Active.
- Amount will be deducted one time per month for 6 months. This is a 6 month VIP membership plan!
- Your monthly payments are your “bank” to use however and whenever you like. Any money that’s leftover at the end of your contract is left as a credit in your account.
- Discounts on all products and services associated with your membership cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
- This membership is for 6 months. No cancellations. Declined credit cards will result in $50 service fee if not updated in 3 business days. Rejuvenate Wellness Aesthetics reserves the right to make changes to the VIP Membership at any time and without notice.
- Monthly membership payments will be paused for pregnancy or breastfeeding clients. Savings do not accrue during the plan pause.
- Memberships are non-transferable. You are the only one who can use this membership.
