Honest answers to the things people most commonly want to know before they book. If your question is not here, call, text, or email and we will answer it directly.
Yes, completely free and completely genuine. Your consultation is a real appointment with a member of the Rejuvenate Wellness team, not a sales pitch with a complimentary label on it. You will sit down, talk through your concerns and goals, have your skin or body properly assessed, and receive an honest recommendation. There is no pressure to book anything during or after the appointment. You will leave with useful information regardless of what you decide.
Most consultations run 30 to 45 minutes. If you have multiple concerns or are considering more than one program, plan for closer to 45 minutes. The team does not rush this appointment because what they learn in that time shapes every recommendation they make.
No. You only need to know what is bothering you and what you are hoping to feel like on the other side of it. Figuring out what would actually work is our job, not yours. Come with your concerns and your questions and let the consultation do the work it is designed to do.
Rejuvenate Wellness has a team of registered nurses, all trained to Janet’s standard and operating by the same values and clinical rigour she built the practice on. Consultations are booked with available team members. If you have a specific request regarding your provider, please note that when you book and we will do our best to accommodate.
The programs and treatments at Rejuvenate Wellness are open to anyone whose goals align with what is offered here. The brand voice and marketing lean toward women because that is the primary client base the practice has built, but there is no exclusion. If you are curious whether a specific treatment is appropriate for you, reach out directly and we will give you an honest answer.
Rejuvenate Wellness is located at 7211 US Highway 42 in Florence, Kentucky 41042. The entrance is at the back of the building. Drive around to the rear and come in through the back entrance. If you have any trouble finding it, call or text 859-495-3744.
They are very different treatments. Neurotoxin relaxes specific facial muscles to reduce the appearance of dynamic expression lines. It does not add volume. Filler replaces or adds volume in specific areas of the face. It does not affect muscle movement. Some treatment plans involve both, used in combination for different goals. Confusing the two is one of the most common reasons clients end up with a result that does not match what they were hoping for, which is why the team explains the distinction clearly at every relevant consultation.
This cannot be answered accurately without assessing your face. The number of units appropriate for your treatment areas depends on the strength and size of the muscles involved, the depth and nature of the lines, and how much relaxation you want. Any provider quoting you a specific unit count without first seeing how your face moves is working from a protocol rather than from an actual assessment of you.
Most neurotoxin results last between 10 and 12 weeks for most clients, though individual metabolism, the areas treated, and the specific product used all affect duration. Daxxify, one of the products offered at Rejuvenate Wellness, has demonstrated meaningfully longer duration in clinical studies, with many clients maintaining results for around six months. If longevity is a priority, this is worth discussing at your consultation.
Rejuvenate Wellness offers Jeuveau, Daxxify, and Xeomin. They share the same core mechanism but differ in their protein structure, onset, spread pattern, and duration. Jeuveau is a reliable, consistent product well suited to most clients and most upper-face treatments. Daxxify is the longest-lasting neurotoxin currently available and is worth considering for clients who metabolise neurotoxin quickly or want fewer appointments. Xeomin contains no accessory proteins, which makes it a relevant option for clients who have been receiving neurotoxin for many years and are noticing diminishing results. The full breakdown is on the neurotoxin and filler page.
Neurotoxin is temporary. If a result is not what you hoped for, it will wear off. A follow-up appointment at two weeks is available for any touch-up adjustments. The team is direct about what is and is not correctable after the fact, which is part of why the upfront assessment matters so much.
Longevity varies by product and treatment area. RHA and Evolysse hyaluronic acid fillers generally last between 9 and 18 months depending on where they are placed and how the individual metabolises the product. Higher-mobility areas like the lips tend to break down filler faster than lower-mobility areas like the cheeks. Radiesse, the biostimulatory filler used in the Nonsurgical Collagen Facelift program, can produce results that last two years or more because it stimulates the body’s own collagen production rather than simply replacing volume directly.
RHA and Evolysse hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved with an enzyme called hyaluronidase if needed. This is one of the reasons the team works with HA fillers rather than permanent or semi-permanent alternatives in the hyaluronic acid category. Radiesse is a biostimulatory filler and is not reversible in the same way. This is discussed clearly before any Radiesse treatment so the decision is fully informed.
Not if it is used appropriately and conservatively. The overdone look associated with filler is almost always the result of too much volume, poor placement, or using filler in areas where a different approach would have served the face better. Our team assesses the whole face before recommending anything in any specific area and is direct about when less is more.
RHA is a resilient hyaluronic acid filler designed to move naturally with facial movement, making it particularly well suited to dynamic areas. Evolysse is a hyaluronic acid filler valued for its smooth, blendable quality in delicate and precision areas. Radiesse is a biostimulatory calcium hydroxylapatite filler that stimulates collagen production rather than directly replacing volume. A full explanation of each product is on the neurotoxin and filler page.
Because individual treatments produce individual results that fade. Programs produce compounding change that holds. The skin’s collagen remodeling cycle takes 60 to 120 days to complete. Real improvement in skin quality, firmness, and tone requires consistent, repeated stimulus over time, not a single impressive session. Programs are built around that biology rather than around booking convenience.
In some cases, yes. The Nonsurgical Collagen Facelift program and the Body Sculpt program address different areas of the body and can be run simultaneously. What is appropriate depends on your specific situation, your goals, and your schedule. This is a conversation worth having at your consultation.
Life happens and the team understands that. The impact of a missed session depends on which program you are in and how much of the program has already been completed. The team works with clients to reschedule as promptly as possible and to minimise gaps where they can.
That is exactly what the complimentary consultation is for. You do not need to decide before you come in. A member of the team will assess your concerns, understand your goals, and give you an honest recommendation on which program makes the most sense for where you are starting and what you are trying to achieve.
A VI Peel is a medical-grade, medium-depth chemical peel, which is a fundamentally different category from the superficial peels available at spas or in over-the-counter products. It penetrates below the surface layer of the skin to accelerate cellular turnover, stimulate collagen synthesis, and correct concerns like pigmentation, acne, and texture at their source rather than simply refreshing the surface.
Peeling typically begins two to three days after treatment and the visible shedding phase generally lasts three to seven days. The degree of peeling varies from person to person. Most clients find the peeling phase more manageable than they expected going in, and the skin that comes through on the other side is noticeably clearer and smoother.
Most clients describe microneedling as uncomfortable rather than painful. A topical numbing cream is applied before the treatment to manage sensation during the session. Redness and sensitivity in the 24 to 72 hours following each session are normal and expected as the skin begins its repair process.
Some improvement is visible within the first few weeks of the program as the initial peel clears congestion and brightens tone. More meaningful changes in texture, pigmentation, and firmness develop progressively across the series. Collagen stimulated by microneedling continues maturing for months after each session, which means the skin keeps improving after the program concludes.
No. Most clients describe the sensation as a warm, firm massage. There is no anaesthesia required and no significant discomfort during treatment. There is no downtime after sessions.
Clinical studies on the T-Shape 2 measured outcomes at 10 treatments. In practice, most clients begin noticing changes within the first several sessions. The improvements build progressively across the program because new collagen formation takes 60 to 120 days to fully develop. Sessions scheduled twice weekly produce faster and more pronounced results than once-weekly scheduling.
The improvements from the Body Sculpt Program are real and measurable. Whether they are maintained long-term depends on lifestyle factors including hydration, nutrition, and activity levels, as well as periodic maintenance sessions. The T-Shape 2 is not a surgical procedure and does not produce surgical outcomes. The team is clear about this at every consultation.
No. The team serves as your guide, your accountability partner, and your point of contact throughout the program. All medical decisions, including eligibility, prescribing, dosing, and monitoring, are made by an independent licensed physician through the Asher Med provider network. That separation is deliberate and it protects you.
No. The physician reviews your full health history, current medications, labs, and goals before making any clinical decision. Providers who promise prescriptions before a proper medical assessment are not operating in your best interest.
If the physician determines that a requested medication is not appropriate for your specific health situation, that decision is communicated to you with the reason where possible. The $20 physician review fee is refunded in full if no prescription is written. The team will work with you on what the right next step is from there.
Some are and some are not. Semaglutide and tirzepatide, the active ingredients in GLP-1 medications, exist in FDA-approved commercial brand-name products. The compounded versions used in this program are prepared by state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies and prescribed by your independent physician. Several of the peptide options are used as compounded, research, or off-label options and do not have FDA-approved commercial equivalents. The team and the Asher Med clinical team are transparent about the regulatory status of every medication in the program.
It is a 12-month membership designed for clients who receive neurotoxin regularly and want predictable monthly payments, built-in neurotoxin treatment, and VIP savings across all programs and services. Your monthly payment of $175 functions as a treatment bank that accumulates and can be used flexibly throughout the 12-month term. It is not a use-it-or-lose-it coupon. Full details are on the membership page.
The membership is a 12-month commitment and cannot be cancelled during the term except in the case of a documented change in medical condition. Payments can be paused during pregnancy or breastfeeding. This commitment structure is what allows the membership to offer the pricing and savings it does, and it is explained clearly at enrollment.
In most cases, yes. VIP members receive 10% off T-Shape 2 packages, 15% off VI Peel treatments, $100 off every syringe of filler, quarterly facials, and skincare discounts. If you are planning to invest in any of the programs alongside regular neurotoxin maintenance, the membership savings apply across that full investment.
